The wine-inspired dinner, held at the beautiful AgriVino Center in Carlton and hosted by Winemaker Robert Brittan, will feature Willamette Valley Pinot braised duck with a duck stock reduction, wild mushrooms, organic multi-grained salad with Abbey Road Farm goat cheese, grilled beef and onion marmalade on toasted flatbread and a luscious dessert.
